T23/ Tom Collins, Gin Fizz


味道酸酸甜甜, 易入口, 沒有用到soda water, 改用了7-up, 感覺更佳

Tom Collins Recipe
01. 1,1/2oz Gin
02. 1/2oz Triple Sec(橙皮酒)
03. 3/4oz Sugar Syrup
04. 1/2oz Lemon Juice
(+1 Egg White = Gin Fizz)
05. Soda Water Top up

*shake iterm 01.-05., stir with iterm 06.
